PAYROLL
SYSTEM

The payroll division specializes in local and also foreign workers’ wage and salary management to ensure payroll cheques are distributed to each worker promptly. Our responsibilities incorporate reconciling payroll data, tax filing, timekeeping, and record-keeping. We believe that managing tasks accurately, completely, and consistently as well as complying with relevant laws aids the company in striving for its ultimate goals. Most importantly, we strive to efficiently keep our customers satisfied at all times whilst keeping our businesses running smoothly.


LOCAL WORKERS
RECRUITMENT

APKI specializes in local recruitment. All of our procedures and formalities are conducted within the requirement of the Malaysian Labour Act 1955.

We are focused on the professional, skilled, semiskilled, unskilled, etc engaging ourselves within a spectrum of workers under various categories and requirements as needed or demanded by our clients.

We are obliged to fulfill the requirements of our Malaysian Government under our license to develop, formulate, recruit and position employees in various sectors engaging economic players as our clients in assorted areas of business. We strive to be dynamic, professional, and efficient in this area of basic recruitment.


HIRING OF MAIDS
AND CAREGIVERS

We are licensed to recruit domestic maids and caregivers as family care providers in Malaysia. Our maids are sourced within the approved countries; however, we are experienced in the Indonesian, Philippines, Indian, and Sri Lankan maids sectors under this recruitment currently.

Many clients have repeated our remarkable services and they have provided good testimonials on our services thus far. We strive to be ethical, and honorable with integrated relationship building with our clients and the said domestic maids as needed.


TRANSPORTATION

We are committed to providing efficient and effective transportation services to accommodate our customers’ needs cost-effectively. The transportation services provided include:

  • Sending workers to and from their hostel and workplace:
  • Sending workers to the bank/police
  • Station/clinic/hospital/FOMEMA checkup, etc
  • Emergency support after working hours (from hostel)
  • eg., clinic/hospital; and
  • Sending workers to airport upon repatriation.
Our vehicles are also fully equipped with a GPS tracking system which enables us to track an unlimited number of vehicles simultaneously under the same tracking system. All designed vehicle information can be traced and tracked whenever necessary.


DORMITORY

APKI partners with leading workers’ dormitory providers in the Northern Region of Malaysia especially in the state of Penang. In the spirit to support Penang Government’s initiatives, we now own and develop its own state-of-the-art workers’ accommodation, strategically located and hence providing easy access to the Industrial Park within the area.

We manage a wide variety of buildings from Penang mainland to Penang Island and from some of the largest to the smallest. APKI has a proven track record of providing full-package management services to our customers. We provide quality, comfortable, and satisfactory accommodation in compliance with Responsible Business Alliance or better known as RBA compliance for both local and foreign workers alike. Workers’ accommodations are furnished to meet the required specifications under these approved global standards.

We have a dedicated and experienced team management group to handle daily activities maintaining a smooth implementation of all hostel services. The first development project which is a stone’s throw away from the Bayan Lepas Free trade Zone has kicked off and is targeted for completion within 2019 itself. Upon completion, the groups can accommodate another 5,000 workers on the island as a part of the group’s vision and expansion plan. A couple of new developments are underway in Penang mainland which has a potential capacity of accommodating another 10.000 beds upon completion shortly. With a clear growth strategy, we aim at taking the company to greater heights in the years forward and extend these similar services throughout Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak.

FOOD
MANAGEMENT

APKI partners with RTE SDN BHD in the area of food management providing one-stop kitchen facilities under the Food & Safety Act of Malaysia.

We supply fresh ready-cooked food for our local or foreign workers during work at the workplace or in their dormitories if required by our clients for health and safety measures of the employees in having a healthy living daily.

We are also involved in managing satellite kitchens for one-stop cooking and supplying transportation facilities to our respected clients within Malaysia for their employees.

We are the prime movers driving this food technology for health and safety reasons under the Food & Safety Act in Malaysia. We pioneer to establish a conducive working environment emphasizing health measures accommodating pandemics and other health disasters in the future.
