business of manpower recruitment, search and placement, training of inbound and outbound
employees, payroll, HR consultancy, hostel management, transportation facilities, social and welfare
aid, to assist in the documentation processes of recruitment and registration with other government
agencies in Malaysia.
APKI started its humble beginning in 2009 till now with experiences focused in the area of
manpower, HR consultancy, recruitment, placement, training, and other related services in the
industry of human capital advancement.
APKI embarks in local manpower supply and specializes in providing local workforce to the
manufacturing industry, warehousing, logistic companies, etc. We provide professional HR
Consultancy from talent acquisition to employee disciplinary management through our experienced
operation team. We believe that working distance and accommodation shall not be an obstacle in
connecting the right people with the right company, therefore, transportation arrangements and
hostel placement are part of our comprehensive solutions for our clients.
APKI is an integrated manpower solutions provider for our valuable local and foreign workforce with
dormitory, transport, F&B, and upskilling. It owns, operates, and manages substantial stated
approved purpose-built dormitories in Penang. Our dormitory development and hostel setup are
RBA complied taking into account the aspect of security & safety which comes with periodic
maintenance and audit facilities. We are committed to providing a safe and conducive environment
by maintaining continual upgrading to ensure the workforce has basic, standard, and quality living
conditions approved by international standards.

Dr. Sukumaran Nair is the founder and Managing Director of AGENSI PEKERJAAN KAMI INNOVASI SDN. BHD. Where he carries more than 30 years of experience in this industry since 1991. He started his career as a retired Senior Police Officer taking on early retirement with a rank of an ASP at the age of 40 in the year 2000.
Since then, he has enhanced his business by developing strategic business partners with many employers big and small within GLC’s non-governmental organization, SMEs, etc, in the area of human capital fulfillment with a win-win strategy. He is committed to ensuring a very ethical, trustworthy, and honest partnership strategy in his business endeavors.
